Students purchase credits to book tutoring sessions. Each standard session costs 1 credit. Credits never expire and there are no rolling contracts. Refunds may be provided in cases of tutor no-shows or technical issues preventing the session from occurring.

8. Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance may result in credit forfeiture. For emergencies, please contact our support team.

9. User Conduct
